KartaSoft Inc., together with its affiliated entities including Karta Software Pty Ltd (the “Company”), respects the privacy of its customers, business partners, and other stakeholders.

This Policy operates in conjunction with the Company’s security and governance framework and applicable customer agreements. In the event of any inconsistency, a signed customer agreement prevails.

These controls govern how data is handled across the KartaSoft environment, including authentication, encryption, access management, and audit logging.

Customer data is protected using widely recognised industry security practices.

5. DATA HANDLING AND PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE

Customer data remains the property of the customer.

KartaSoft processes operational and environmental data solely to generate analytical insights and situational awareness capabilities that support infrastructure risk identification and operational awareness.

KartaSoft operates as an analytical intelligence layer. The platform:

  • analyses operational signals and environmental data

  • identifies patterns of elevated infrastructure risk

  • provides additional information for consideration alongside established engineering judgment and operational processes.

KartaSoft does not:

  • interact with customer infrastructure

  • control operational systems

  • modify SCADA environments

The platform operates independently from control systems, ensuring those systems remain fully under customer control.

6. COOKIES AND ONLINE TRACKING

The Company may use cookies and similar technologies to enable functionality, analyse usage, and improve user experience.

7. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Company does not sell personal information.
